Late Arrivals, Cancellations & Missed Appointments
At ReMassage, we aim to be fair and reliable with appointment times and ask that this courtesy is extended back to us. Please arrive on time for your appointment and, if you are running late, please notify via text message or phone call.

If you can no longer attend your scheduled appointment, please contact us to cancel at least 24 hours prior so that other clients can book in. If you need to cancel a Monday appointment, please send us a text message over the weekend.

We understand that life can throw us curveballs, so, if you need to cancel on the day of your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid a cancellation fee.
Please note: missed appointments without adequate cancellation notice will result in a full charge fee.

Payment
​
Full payment is due at the time of consultation, and we accept card only.
For Return to Work or Motor Vehicle Accident claims, the insurer will be sent an invoice directly, provided accurate information, including claim numbers, is supplied. If a claim is rejected for any reason, we will contact you to resolve the situation but, as the client, you will be responsible for any outstanding invoices.
Privacy

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records is essential to providing a high level of care. Your trust and privacy are our priority, and all personal information is kept private and confidential. We request that you keep us informed if any of your circumstances change.

With the client’s consent, we may confer with other practitioners if we believe it is in the best interest for your treatment.  Liaising with Medicare and private health insurance funds may be required. In rare cases, we may need to correspond with lawyers engaged by patients or by their private health insurance funds.
